Rajiv Pujar - CEO

Rajiv Pujar is CEO of eTI Labs and he is responsible for managing high Technology services, business operations and strategy management.

After working in USA, Rajiv wanted to return to India and put his experience and knowledge in creating fresh talent pool that could serve High Technology areas. He founded eTI Labs in 2008.He brings more than 16 years of product design and R&D experience to the company. He has developed carrier-grade products catering to Mobile & wireless communications, Semiconductors, Embedded systems, Networking and IP Telephony.Prior to founding eTI Labs, Rajiv served at Tyfone, US based company as Vice President of Technology. He was responsible for their product engineering that includes the development of Mobile client hardware devices, Mobile applications, and Mobile server platforms.Rajiv was Director of software engineering at XORA USA, prior to Tyfone. XORA delivers hosted on-demand mobile-GPS/location based services. He managed the entire engineering operations including product R&D and offshore operations. Rajiv was a Senior Technical consultant at Cisco Systems, USA where he had worked on IP Telephony based platforms catering to VoIP and networking. Prior to Cisco, he was at Zilog, USA as the Technical Manager in the connectivity product group, and was responsible for developing network connectivity software and hardware products, including TCP/IP stacks, Ethernet-Flash micro controllers and client server applications.

Rajiv has authored and published number of technical papers. He graduated from BVB College of Engineering & Technology (BE in IT), Hubli and holds M.Tech ( IT) from SJCE , India.

Madhusudhana Rao - VP ( R & D )

Madhusudhana Rao is esponsible for R&D services at eTI Labs. He brings more than 12 years of both industrial and academic experience to the organization.

Prior to joining eTI Labs, Madhusudhan worked as a Specialist (DSP) at Tata Elxsi, Bangalore. His responsibilities included undertaking of R&D services, developing DSP algorithms (Speech Processing), designing and testing of DSP system blocks with MATLAB. He was also involved in product development services of Tata Elxsi.Prior to Tata Elxsi, he was working as a Senior Systems Engineer at CISC Tech Pvt Ltd (R&D Centre of Creative Technologies Pvt Ltd), Bangalore. He was working there in the field of Embedded System Product Development. Prior to CISC Tech, he was working at Aureole Technologies, Bangalore as Design Engineer (DSP).He also worked as a faculty member in several academic institutions in India, which includes BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore, Sree Vidyaniketan College of Engineering, Tirupati and NBKR Institute of Science and Technology, Nellore. He taught Digital Signal Processing and the related subjects in these institutions and guided many academic projects for the under-graduate students

Madhusudhan was graduated from JNTU College of Engineering, Kakinada and has holds MTech from IIT - Delhi.

Srinivas Rao - VP ( Business Development )

Srinivas is responsible for business development operations and strategy management.

Srinivas brings 12 years of software consulting and training experience to eTI Labs. Prior to eTI Labs he was associated with Patni Computers, T-Systems, Logica CMG and has vast experience in resource planning in enterprises,training the originations and business development . He has served as SPOC for offshore clients like Gillete, Pitney Bowes, Syntel Satellite and Volkswagen.

Srinivas holds BE in Mechanical Engineering from Karnatak University

Prakash Kulkarni - VP ( Strategy Management)

Prakash Kulkarni is an Infrastructure specialist with over 22 years of experience in rural and urban areas , both under public and with the involvement of private sector. He is responsible for developing the Strategy and assisting marketing, administration and financial management. After working in the public sector for 20 years he has shifted to the private sector.

He joined the public sector as an Engineer in 1987 and served in various capacities for Government of Karnataka and has planned, designed and executed large Infrastructure projects.. Most of these projects were funded by bilateral/multilateral institutions viz., World Bank, The Netherlands and Asian Development Bank. This career in public sector has given good exposure into sector policy, strategy, project identification, preparation, procurement, contract/finance management, monitoring, and evaluation of the services.He has contributed to several working groups and policy debates on water sector reform in Karnataka specifically in the areas of improving the service delivery and sustainability through Public Private Partnerships (PPP). He has presented papers at various international & national conferences / workshops on Sustainable delivery of Services , community participation and the PPP. He has visited the Netherlands, France, USA , Kenya, Mexico and Thailand as part of his various assignments. He has good ability to provide strategic support in corporate planning, business development, policy research, capacity building and financial management. Has excellent communication skills and can mobilize, motivate leaders/ employees for involving them in the overall growth of the Organization.

He holds M. Tech from VTU and pursuing PhD program.

Vijay Kumar B - Director ( Technical )

Vijay Kumar is a Director - Technical for Embedded Systems Design services at eTI Labs. He is responsible for Embedded Systems Design & Development and Training .He brings more than six years of R&D experience to the company.Prior to joining eTI Labs, Vijay served at Shaambala Value Systems as Senior Consultant. He was responsible for their development and testing services that include customized Linux device drivers for Ethernet cards, UART, USB devices, Fleet management, Inventory, Bluetooth programming and testing of mobile phones. Prior to Shaambala he was at RVCE, as the Faculty/Research Fellow and was responsible for training, R&D Services and project proposals. He handled courses such as C, C++, VHDL and operating system for undergraduates of RVCE. He handled Microcontrollers and DSP (TMS320) labs. Has handled many undergraduate projects in the areas of embedded systems, DSP and VHDL.Prior to RVCE he was a Project Trainee at Center for Development of Telematics, where he had worked on variable rate satellite modems using cadence signal processing work system.Vijay graduated from BVB College of Engineering & Technology (Instrumentation Technology), Hubli and holds M. Tech (Digital Electronics) from SDM College of Engineering, Dharwad.

Amul Atri, Chief Advisor (VLSI)

Mr Atri has more than 25 years of experience in Semiconductor industry in integrated circuit design and management of IC Design/Technology centres.

He started his career as LSI Design engineer in July 1982 at Semiconductor Complex Ltd (a public sector unit of Govt of India) in Mohali and worked there till 1997 in different capacities from design engineer to design manager. Mr Atri subsequently worked with Sand Microelectronics (Hyderabad) as GM, Motorola VLSI Design Centre (Gurgaon) as Centre Head, Maxim India (Bangalore) as Director (India Design Centre) and Spectra Linear India (Bangalore) as Managing Director.

Mr Atri has wide experience in digital and analog circuit design, Microcontroller architecture, physical design, design methodology, device modelling, interface with foundry & test engineering, product definition, new product introduction and project management. Mr Atri worked on various designs and technologies like oscillator design, weak inversion/ subthreshold modelling and circuit design, calculator and microcontroller architectures, gate array and standard cell families, RAM & ROM design, I/O design, telecommunication ASICs and new technology test vehicles.

Mr Atri was also associated with various projects sponsored by Dept of Electronics (now DIT) and Dept of Science & Technology as project manager & review committee member and VLSI Design conferences. Mr Atri was co-author of a technical publication in analog IC design and gave lectures at various seminars and training courses conducted at IITs, Universities and DRDO organizations.

Mr Atri holds M.Sc (Physics with Electronics) and studied M.Tech (CS) at IIT Bombay.

Mohan Rao, MTech - Senior Mentor ( Wireless Communications )

Mohan Rao is a Senior Mentor focusing on Wireless Communications & Network services and training at eTI Labs. He served as Senior Scientist (F) at LRDE(DRDO) for thirty years and was responsible for building RF based communication equipments that includes Radars, RF devices, and Antennas . Before LRDE Mr.Rao was with IIT-Kharagpur as Scientific Officer.

Mr. Rao holds a MTech (Electronics) from Birla Institute Of Technology, Ranchi
